Xiaoyu Qu was born in Dalian, Liaoning, China in 1988. She received the B.S. in international economy and trade from Harbin Engineering University in 2011, and received the Ph.D. degrees in management science and engineering from Harbin Engineering University in 2015.
Since 2015, she has been a lecturer in School of Management in Dalian Polytechnic University. Her courses include operations research, systems engineering, industrial organization theory, and management methodology. She is the author of two books, more than 15 articles. She is the undertaker of four scientific research projects. Her research interests include low carbon economy, enterprise green management, environmental technology innovation.
