ShuangQiao was born in JiLin China in 1970. He received the B.S. in automation from Jilin Institute Of Chemical Technology in 1992, received the M.S. in computer technologyand the Ph.D. degrees in management science and engineering from Dalian University of Technology in 2009.
Since 2011, he has been a lecturer in School of Management in Dalian Polytechnic University. His courses include information economics, case study, project management, frontier of business administration.He is the author of 5 articles, and the undertaker of 1 scientific research projects. His research interests include Information economy, management information systems, innovation of small and medium enterprises.
